We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful interior and well-equipped rooms. We especially loved the breakfast served on the patio, giving us a peaceful start to our mornings. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. They even provided insider tips on must-see attractions in the city and helped us extend our parking ticket. The location, nestled in a lovely residential neighborhood, was ideal for a relaxing stay while still being close to the heart of the city. It was also convenient with a nearby metro station and a short walk to a tram stop where we could easily hop on tram 28.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was great, in a nice residential neighborhood and close to the Rato metro station. The hotel facilities were clean and well-looked after. We had no issues with parking and found it easy to get around the city from this location.

Additionally, the location in the heart of the city made it convenient to explore all the main areas. The hotel is just a short walk to a tram stop where I could easily hop on tram 28 and enjoy the sights of this beautiful city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in providing advice on places to visit and even called taxis for me.
